PINEAPPLE SQUEEZE

Ingredients


1 medium-sized pineapple, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon golden milk powder

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

1/4 cup maple syrup

4 cups water

Ice

Preparation

In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, lemon juice, golden milk powder/turmeric, mint leaves, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.


Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add 4 cups of water. Stir well.


Serve the golden pineapple lemonade over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves or lemon wedges if desired.
